ROADs : Removing Obstacles Achieving Dreams

Educational Crisis Management Services for Schools

Alternative Learning Solutions

We are a Minority Woman Owned Business (M/WBE) & 501c3 Non-Profit “EDUCATIONAL CRISIS TEAM”, who

specialize in non-pedagogical intervention services for At-Risk and OVER-AGED and UNDER CREDITED students and their families. Our number one goal is “Removing Obstacles Achieving Dreams”, one family, one student, one community at a time.

We create alternatives that will solve the dropout crises worldwide, by tackling one student, one family and one school at a time by utilizing our Road 2 Model – Removing Obstacles Achieving Dreams.
