Programs & Services We Offer
Road 2 Graduation (R2G)
Supports high schools struggling to meet the statewide minimum 65% graduation rates. Provides direct academic and social & emotional support In - School and Remotely (when needed) to NYC Scholars by HAND HOLDING each struggling student and their families to ensure graduation success.
Road 2 Alternative
Supports students who come to school regularly but need a different educational setting in order to graduate due to being overaged and undercredited. Transfer schools, CTE schools and/or work/study schools are identified to fit each student’s needs.
Road 2 Dropout Prevention
Support students who do not attend school regularly or are “missing” or who’s dropped out and need support getting back into a school setting. Our Educational Crisis Team conducts outreach wellness checks and assessments to place students back in an educational setting.
We provide these services from the home, place of residence or wherever the family is comfortable to receive services. The educational crisis team consists of Student Support Advocates teamed with Social Workers trained in crisis management
Road 2 Workshops
In collaboration with industry experts, we host engagement workshops on all social and emotional matters, nutrition and exercise, dance therapy, counseling, money management and family support services to our communities.
These workshops are designed to create a safe place to help parents & guardians learn key principles and strategies to create a safe, secure and healthy environment for children.
ROADS Afterschool
Dance, Media, Film, Arts and Nutrition programs offered outside of the school day. Afterschool, Weekends & Summer options available
Collaborative ROAD
We align and collaborate with other organizations and/or vendors/contractors with programming that advances our mission in order to bring innovative ideas and programming to our communities.
Roads CTE
Career Technical Programs. Life After High School program can be used as an elective or after school to prepare scholars for post-secondary plans. Early Education, Healthcare, Real-estate, Barbering, Beauty, HVAC, Culinary, Hospitality, Media, Fashion and more.
SEL IMPACT
Social and Emotional Impact/SEL is a safe place for scholars and their families to maintain meaningful relationships in life skills and get through difficult social situation. Our SEL team provides family an individual counseling.
