ANYTHING necessary to help our students and their families reach their potential. Whether it be using our ROADS Programs to increase graduation rates, lower dropout rates, hosts family workshops, job assistance for parents, CTE programs & transfer schools for students in need, as well as merge the home and school environments to identify the social and emotional factors that play a part in students’

success.

We believe that giving up is not an option and identifying alternative solutions to the obstacles our youth are faced with today is the perfect solution.

We offer in-school, afterschool, weekend and summer programs to keep kids off the street and engage in positive activities outside of school hours.

We employee the parents and guardians within our communities to work for LES as support staff. Each school we work with has access to social workers and other social and emotional professionals to assist with Mental Health needs and initiatives.
