  • Benefits of Road 2 Graduation
    We help schools reach a high graduation rate. Most students get to stay in their familiar school environment. We identify and meet the unique needs of each at –risk scholar. We cater more to the scholars individual needs whether it's academically or social emotionally. We work to ensure 100% Graduation of At-Risk Scholars. We support Families & Schools with finding resources. We follow up with transferred students to support with graduation outside of their school including GED students. We physically support parents in the transfer process. We locate scholars who are currently not in school and support with placing them back in school or in a suitable environment. This could be a student who have dropped out or incarcerated. We help families with after graduation support as needed. Family outreach and home visits.

    Students are placed back in the learning environment. Schools are given an alternative to drop out prevention. Less students will be incarcerated. Less students will be neglected. Restores student hope. Economic Value. Reduces teen pregnancy. Restores communities. School cohart positively affected.
  • Benefits of Covid 19 Remote Learning Services
    We at Learning & Educational Solution Inc. (LES) understood how challenging the remote environment was going to be and have been utilizing which would normally be our in “school services “remotely to support students and their families through our Road 2 graduation program. “Road” meaning Removing Obstacles Achieving Dreams. Our program allows the flexibility to service the following needs students are currently facing: The home environment is not comfortable enough to focus on their school work. Some students are currently not happy, safe, and stress free. Students are not comfortable doing remote learning, as this is new to many of us as well, and students are more comfortable physically and personally communicating with their teachers. Students have family members who are affected by the Covid Virus. Some students are affected from the Covid Virus. Some students are homeless or forced to move into a Covid free environment. Teachers are not able to assist students as much as they need them to. Students do not have the proper devices or internet access to engage in remote learning. Students and parents have difficulty using the computer and or technical device. Families of children with IEPs, feel the lessons and activities that their child is receiving are not helping them reach their IEP goals. Students with IEP’s are struggling with the assignments. Students do not have adults at home to assist them with school work. Current conditions are effecting student’s social and emotional well-being. We understand teachers cannot provide the level of attention at risk students and students with IEP’s may need but that’s what we are here for. We are able to consistently stay in contact with students and families on a daily basis, those we cannot contact, we will not stop until we reach them via social media, friends etc. We provide, wake up calls, academic support, online monitoring and support, social and emotional support and much more. We have the time and the capacity to put into solely focusing on the needs of each individual student and work with their teacher to assure graduation is met. We believe success of our children makes for a better future all.
  • How much is the R2Graduation and or R2Drop out Prevention Program?
    The cost of program depends on how many at-risk students are served.
  • What deems a school eligible for our programs?
    A school that has high dropout rates and low graduation rates. School has Students who are over Age under credit Schools who are looking for Collaborate services to fulfill their elective or afterschool programming
  • How are At -Risk Students Identified?
    If a student does not have the credits or test needed to graduate and or if a student has challenges hindering their school work performance and can use more attention.
  • How can program fees be covered?
    Through grants such as drop out, prevention, student support, college career readiness, college access to name a few.
  • How many students to an advocate?
    Most of the time, no more than 15, we want to be sure to meet the individual needs of each student.
